GET TO KNOW THE NEW YOLA TEACHERS
If you still haven’t tried the newest teachers on our schedule, there has never been a better time to get your yoga on! You know them as the energetic people who make every YOLA experience amazing, but there is a lot that you may not know about your favorite instructors.
YOLA seeks to bring more Vinyasa classes with elements of strength and balance with inspiring music for a personal, fun and unique experience. And, if you’re a YOLA regular, you’ve probably sweated alongside Jos, done a whole body workout with Aedra, explored new limits with Jufen and wondered how Ariana still manages to smile after a 6am class.

Favorite thing about yoga: Hmm..that’s a hard one! I have to say that I am in love with yoga, it has been the longest love in my life. For me, I love the awareness it cultivates and the harmonizing of mind, body and spirit. I love that it bleeds into all aspects of life and how it emphasizes being the best you can be in each moment.”
