FALL 2009 & SPRING 2010 ANUSARA IMMERSION
Yoga of Los Altos is offering a Fall 2009 / Spring 2010 Anusara Immersion with Ken Graham
Students wanting a deeper understanding of the Anusara style (asana alignment and philosophy) are welcome to take this Immersion.
The Anusara Immersion will transform your yoga practice. The Immersion program covers every aspect of yoga, asana (postures), pranayama (breath work), meditation, yoga philosophy, and yoga therapeutics.
This program delves into all aspects of Anusara Yoga, including the Universal Principles of Alignment and the philosophical foundation. This is an excellent program for those wanting to get a fuller experience of the Anusara style. The Immersion is designed for the student who desires to be deeply rooted in the practice of Anusara Yoga.

These sessions will be held on Saturdays 9am – 6pm and Sundays 9am – 6pm
