We offer a broad range of yoga styles including:

- Vinyasa / Strong Flow
- Resorative
- Yin
- Prenatal
- Yoga Tune-Up
Yoga of Los Altos was recently voted "People's Choice Award Winner 2011 - Best Yoga Studio on the Peninsula" by the Palo Alto Daily readers. We encourage new students to fully explore our wonderful line up of teachers and classes.
In 2010, Yoga of Los Altos successfully moved to its new location 377 First Street in April 2010. The studio on Second Street was torn down (part of the Packard Foundation building project). Our new facility has two lovely studios. The main studio provides a very big room for large group classes. The main studio has a very simple 'zen-like' energy, a significant amount of workable wall space, and beautiful lighting provided by three large skylights. The second studio is smaller and more intimate, with a separate entrance. This studio is used for smaller classes and for private sessions. We have two bathrooms in the back as well as two small common areas with cubbies (one in front and one it back). There is easy parking either in the front of the studio or in the back.
All the teachers at Yoga of Los Altos are deeply dedicated to serving the local community. The Sanskrit term for community is Kula:
- A community of the heart
- A group coming together as an intentional community
- A family / clan
The founder of Yoga of Los Altos, Andi Bruno has lived in Los Altos for 25+ years and has been teaching right here in Los Altos for the last 10 years. We are fully focused on serving local students and providing a place where community can gather and enjoy their yoga.
In addition to yoga instruction, we also offer yoga props (mats, blocks, straps, bolsters, etc.). If you have questions about specific classes, instructors, workshops, teacher trainings, or retreats, please call us at 650.941.YOGA or e-mail us at info@yogaoflosaltos.com Thank you!!
